Thank you for choosing to list your gear on the BLUSA Vendor Marketplace. Our goal is to create a safe, transparent, and reliable environment for both buyers and sellers. Please review the following policies carefully before submitting your items.

Honest & Fair Purchasing Expectations

Sellers can choose between two payout methods at the time of listing:

Option A: 100% Store Credit

You will receive theΒ full sale amountΒ as BLUSA store credit, which can be used toward any purchase on our website.

This option gives you the highest value for your sale.

Option B: PayPal Cashout (85% Commission)

If you prefer a cash payout, BLUSA will send your payment via PayPal.

In this case, you will receiveΒ 85% of the final sale price, with 15% retained as a marketplace commission.

Delivery Confirmation & Product Inspection

Customers are expected to purchase used items with the understanding that:

  • Items may show normal cosmetic wear due to usage.
  • Condition will match the seller’s description, but minor variations in appearance may occur.
  • Buyers should thoroughly review photos, descriptions, and condition notes before purchasing.

Attempts to exploit small cosmetic imperfections to request refunds or free items will not be tolerated.

Reporting Issues (If Any)

If your item arrives not as described:

  • You must contact BLUSA support within 48 hours with:
  • Photos or video showing the issue
  • A screenshot of the listing
  • An explanation of the problem

    We will review the case and determine how to proceed.

False claims, fraudulent return attempts, or unsupported disputes will result in account removal and denial of refunds.videos

No Buyer Remorse Returns

Because these are private-seller listings:

  • All sales are final.
  • Returns for buyer’s remorseβ€”such as β€œchanged my mind,” β€œwrong size,” or β€œno longer need it”—are not accepted.

Only items that do not match the seller’s description or do not function as stated may be eligible for support.

Shipping Responsibility & Limitations

BLUSA covers the outgoing shipping label for sellers. However:

  • BLUSA is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage during transit.
  • We will assist with carrier claims when possible, but final decisions are controlled by the shipping provider (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).

Sellers are protected from delayed or disputed payouts caused by carrier issues outside their control.

Taxes & Final Pricing

  • Taxes are applied as required by state law.
  • Pricing shown is final at checkout.
  • Chargebacks for tax-related reasons are not permitted.

Respect & Marketplace Integrity

BLUSA operates as a trusted community of event professionals.

Customers must:

  • Communicate respectfully
  • Avoid harassment or threats toward sellers
  • Follow all marketplace rules

Abusive or fraudulent behavior will result in permanent removal from the marketplace.

Seller Policies

Product Condition & Accuracy

All items listed on the BLUSA MarketplaceΒ must function exactly as described.

Sellers are responsible for providing:

  • Clear and accurate descriptions of the product’s condition
  • Honest disclosure of any defects, cosmetic wear, missing parts, or operational issues
  • Accurate photos that reflect the true condition of the item

Failure to accurately describe an item may result in the listing being removed or the seller being restricted from future sales.

  • Ensuring the product is handed off to the carrier in a timely manner
  • Sizes and weights must be accurate, or any fees due to mis-sizing will be taken out of commission option

Important:

BLUSAΒ cannot be held responsibleΒ for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

We strongly encourage sellers to package items securely and use appropriate padding.

Payment Release & Buyer Confirmation

To maintain fairness and protect buyers from receiving items that do not match the listing:

  • Payments areΒ not released immediately after the sale
  • Funds will only be issuedΒ after the buyer confirms they have received the item and verifies its condition

This confirmation step ensures the product matches the description provided by the seller

Taxes & Compliance

All product listingsΒ must include applicable taxes, as required by law.

Sellers should ensure:

  • Tax settings are correctly applied during the listing process
  • Product values and pricing are accurate

This protects both the seller and BLUSA from tax-related compliance issues.
