Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order within 48 hours of placing the order. You cannot cancel once tracking is sent.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States from our site.

We also ship to Mexico, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain, Ireland, Switzerland, Australia, South Africa, and the Philippines.

Prices may vary due to import taxes and shipping rate! We will do our best to keep it as close to our USA Pricing as possible!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard Processing and Shipping takes around 10-14 business days after order is submitted to hit your door step.

If you have the USA Warehouse Deal shipping is usually 7-10 business days (US Only) to hit your doorstep. 

If you have the Expedited Deal shipping is usually 1-3 business days (US Only) to hit your doorstep

*Shipping could be delayed due to materials, customs, or logistic.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, minus the 10% restocking fee. 

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Initiating a Return:To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Info@BothLightingUSA.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Returns are Accepted for 14 Days After Delivery: You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Customer Responsibilities:

  1. Return Shipping: The Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is well-packaged and in the same condition as you received it.
  2. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.  This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking inventory.

  • PayPal Credit: Get No Interest if paid in full in 6 months on purchases of $99.00+. Does run a credit check and give you a approve amount!
