The 3 R Guarantee:

In the case something happens to your lights, we will Repair, Replace, Or Refund your purchase with our money-back Guarantee. If we can’t repair it, we will replace it; If we can’t replace it, we will refund you for it - All under our 2-year warranty!

 

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Returns are Accepted for 14 Days After Delivery: You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Customer Responsibilities:

1. Return Shipping: The Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is well-packaged and in the same condition as you received it.

2. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.  This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking inventory.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Info@BothLightingUSA.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, minus the 10% restocking fee. 

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a warranty claim and contact us immediately. We will reach out with further steps to resolve the damaged or defective device.

Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.
